1. The prices quoted are net prices.
Sandblast Tech Ltd is an Irish company so 23% VAT will be added within the Republic of Ireland.
Sandblast Tech Ltd does sell in the European Union so in order for 0% VAT to apply there must be an active EU VAT number and outside that territory as well, in which case the cost of customs and other applicable charges will apply. If these conditions are not met, 23% TAX will be added to the price.

2. Payment methods: Bank transfer only.

Sandblast Tech Ltd’s bank account details will be provided with the invoice for payment.

3. Where sandblasting machine materials or machine accessories/parts are purchased, the goods will be despatched to the customer by courier at the customer’s expense. Full payment for the goods is required prior to despatch. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.

4. Delivery, installation and training for the sale of sandblasters and other machines are charged for (unless otherwise stated). If the equipment is delivered to the customer by a courier, the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery.

5. The ordering party is obliged to prepare the installation site, provide the required media, and unload the delivered goods.

6. Goods sent by courier will be delivered within the delivery period and will be sent from Ireland or Poland. If the goods are not collected they will be returned to the sender – Sandblast Tech Ltd. Note: Failure to collect goods on time will result in the customer being charged for delivery and return costs.

7. The customer is obliged to check the packaging and condition of the goods and their conformity with the order at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier, including a description of the damage and, if possible, photographs. The signed protocol must be given to the courier and a copy of the protocol immediately emailed to info@sandblast-tech.com to inform the sender of the damage. Only a properly completed and submitted damage report will allow the insurance company to pursue claims for damage during transport.

8. Orders for any type of equipment require a written order from the customer and an advance payment or deposit, depending on the specific contract. In the case of a deposit, the remainder of the payment should be made at least 1 week before the agreed date of collection of the equipment by the courier company.
Failure to make full payment by this date will result in a delay in delivery.

9. The goods remain the property of Sandblast Tech Ltd until full payment has been made by the purchaser.

10. Equipment is normally supplied with a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated.

11. Accessories and consumables such as nozzles, brushes, fixtures, etc. are not covered by the warranty and cannot be exchanged or returned.

12. Sandblast Tech Ltd. is not responsible to the buyer for any delay in delivery, repair or improper operation of the equipment if such delay is caused by force majeure, including in particular: floods, fires, wars, states of emergency, strikes or improper operation of electronic systems of a general nature or standard electronic systems or computer programs.

13. Sandblast Tech Ltd. is not responsible to the buyer for the loss, damage or destruction of the equipment and is not responsible for damages caused by these defects.

14.Sandblast Tech Ltd. is not responsible for losses and damages incurred by the buyer as a result of:

a) incorrect operation of the equipment

b) improper use of the equipment

c) use of defective equipment by the buyer

d) assembly or disassembly by unauthorised persons

e) interruption of the production functions of the equipment

f) failure to accept subsequent orders
