      » Vacuum system: Instead of an advanced side channel pump, SB Plus is equipped with two industrial vacuum motors with a total power of 2400W. These ensure effective extraction of dust and abrasive. Please note that this solution is noisier compared to side channel pumps, and the lifespan of vacuum motors is generally shorter.

      » Manual adjustment and operation:

    » Manual abrasive-air mixing valve: Allows precise adjustment of the mixture ratio, giving the operator full control over the process.

    » Spring-loaded manual filter shaker: A simple and reliable mechanism for keeping the filter clean.

      » Abrasive level monitoring: As in the SB Eol Plus model, the SB Plus sandblaster features a practical sight glass in the pressure vessel, making it easy to monitor the amount of abrasive available.

Two-Stage Separation System – A Considered Compromise

SB Plus uses a two-stage, close-circulation separation system for abrasive and dust. It is not equipped with a cyclone filter, which means that a small amount of the finest dust may occasionally mix back with the abrasive. However, this is not a significant inconvenience and represents a conscious compromise: you get a machine with strong blasting power and a slightly simplified dust separation system.
