Dustless sandblaster SB Eol Plus is a machine designed for customers producing around 100-300 tombstones per year.

The machine is equipped with smaller 30 liters charging and pressure tanks and a single-phase 2400 W extraction.

It is equipped with  pneumatic air filter shaking system which allows you to keep the filter clean and in good condition for much longer.

This machine provides the same sandblasting as the  bigger SB Orkan models.

The SB Eol Plus is equipped with a cyclone filter which ensures the best separation of abrasive and dust, similar to the higher models.

The sandblaster can be equipped with 4 or 5 mm nozzles depending on the capacity of the customer’s compressor.

This sandblaster is also adapted to work with the automatic CNC Akwilon table, if the customer would like to buy it one day.

At the customer’s request, the sandblaster can be equipped with two sensors of maximum and minimum level of abrasive. The signal of the maximum level will protect you from overfilling the sandblaster, which may damage it, while the signal of the minimum level of abrasive will notify you about the possibility of adding another bag of abrasive.

The sandblaster is equipped with easy service access to the air filter, which allows for its easy cleaning or replacement.

• Additionally, the sandblaster has  filter cleaning system.
  Pneumatic system – blows dust off the filter with compressed air.

It can be optionally additionally equipped with mechanical hammer system – additionally causes the air filter to vibrate, dropping the remaining dust from it.
Both of these systems keep the air filter in good condition and relieve you of manual cleaning, while saving the abrasive extraction motor.
