We always try to improve our machines and introduce some wise and work-improving changes.
At present, we are introducing sensors for the upper and lower level of abrasive to our sandblasters.
The upper detector will protect us from overloading the machine, which may damage it, while the lower detector will inform us about the ending abrasive and the need to add it.
This will be of great help especially with the Akwilon automatic sandblasting table.
The table itself will detect the absence of abrasive in the pressure cylinder, stop, relieve system pressure and reload the abrasive. The software will measure how often there is a pause in work for recovery the abrasive from the charging cylinder to the pressure one and if this time is shortened to the set time, the table will stop and notify us about the need to add more abrasive.
