5. Purchaser’s Responsibilities and Installation Conditions
The purchaser is responsible for preparing the installation site in accordance with technical requirements, providing any necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water or pressure air), and unloading the delivered goods. Upon delivery of the machine to the installation site, the purchaser is required to unpack and position the machine on a suitably prepared, level, and horizontally aligned floor. Machines should be installed in dry, non-humid premises unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the customer during the purchase or in a separate agreement.

Goods dispatched by courier will be delivered within the agreed timeframe from warehouses in Ireland or Poland. If goods are not collected within the specified period, they will be returned to Sandblast Tech Ltd. The customer will be informed in advance of the delivery date and the consequences of non-collection.

7. Goods Inspection upon Receipt
The customer is required to inspect the packaging, condition, and conformity of the goods with the order in the presence of the courier at the time of receipt. If any damage is found, the customer must complete a damage report containing a detailed description of the damage and, if possible, photographic evidence. The report must be signed by both the customer and the courier. A copy of the report must be sent immediately to info@sandblast-tech.com to notify the sender of the damage. Failure to provide a properly completed damage report will prevent any insurance claim for transport damage.

8. Orders and Payments
Orders for equipment require written confirmation from the customer and payment of a deposit or advance payment as specified in the contract. In the case of a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled collection of the equipment by the courier.
